- Do Not Get Too Hungry
Contrary to a popular belief by some dieters, which is to eat less or starve yourself, getting too hungry will not help you to lose weight. If you get too hungry, you will end up eating few big meals, and these few big meals will not shed off some pounds, they might just add in more. It would be better if you were to plan your meals as well as your snacks in a week so you can combat hunger. This will also allow you to eat more than just the three usual meals yet still lose weight. Isn’t that a nice thing? You get to eat more frequently and still shed off some pounds.
- Smaller Plates and Taller Glasses
Whenever, you are eating, you will benefit more if you eat using smaller plates and taller glasses. Keep all of those dinnerware and instead use dainty ones. This will make your brain think that you are actually eating more when in actuality the amount you are eating is lesser. Since the plates are small, you even less food will look more.
