- Eco-Atkins Diet – just like the original Atkins diet, this is also a low-carb regimen, but it leans more towards plant-based carbs: 31% of calories from plant proteins, 43% from plant fats, and 26% from good carbs.
- Raw Food Diet – eating only raw food that is never heated about 115 degrees Fahrenheit, not processed, microwaved, exposed to pesticides and herbicides.
